The Committee endorsed two amendments submitted to the Bill by deputy Miloljub Albijanic, and rejected one amendment, submitted by deputy Zoran Krasic.
Committee members resolved to propose to National Assembly the adoption of an amendment drafted and submitted by the Committee to Article 12, adding Article 64a to the Bill. The new article would govern proceedings of enforced implementation of decisions adopted by the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency.
