39th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 21 September, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Confidential Information, submitted by the Government, and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Basic Court in Sombor who was elected judge of the Higher Court in Sombor by decision of the High Judicial Council.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Slavisa Bulatovic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin, Balint Pasztor and Biljana Pantic Pilja.
