39th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 January, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of the Resolution of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on Basic Principles for Political Talks with Interim Institutions of Self-Government in Kosovo-Metohija, in detail.
The Committee members deemed all 14 of the amendments the MPs had submitted to the Resolution Proposal compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee members also deemed the three amendments submitted by the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija to the Resolution Proposal, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
