39th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

On 6 November 2025, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues held its 39th sitting.

The members of the Committee accepted the proposal of Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov to complete a joint debate on all the items on the agenda.

The Committee considered the Ombudsman’s request to be granted consent for full-time employment of new staff in 2025, elaborated by MA Zoran Pasalic, Ombudsman, and decided to grant the requested consent.

The Committee members then established the Proposal of the Assembly Budget for 2026, prepared and presented by National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic.

The Committee also considered the notifications of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued at the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025 to MPs Radomir Lazovic on 8 October 2025, Milos Parandilovic on 16 October 2025, and Ivana Rokvic on 20 October 2025. By majority vote, the Committee adopted decisions to fine said MPs 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 12,443.58 RSD.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Olja Petrovic, Goran Milic, Stefan Kitanovic, Bojan Torbica, Snezana Jovanovic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Marko Milosevic, Igor Jaksic, Branimir Jovanovic and Branko Lukic.
