38th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 8 October 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of a filling vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Petar Boskovic, elected from Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA¬), the Committee ascertained that conditions have been met for the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MP, proposed that the National Assembly do so.

The Committee then considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Zoran Sandic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to compensation for living separately from his family.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bojan Torbica, Goran Milic, Nenad Krstic, Uros Djokic, Stefan Janjic, Branimir Jovanovic, Ugljesa Markovic, Dane Stanojcic, Nikola Bokan, Snezana Jovanovic, Ivana Stamatovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
