The bills were elaborated by State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, Nedjo Jovanovic, representative of the submitter.

The committee ruled, by a majority of votes, to propose that the National Assembly adopt the Bill on Seats and Territorial Jurisdiction of Courts and Public Prosecutors Offices, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation of Courts, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Judges, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Prosecution, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code, Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants.

The Committee was unanimous in its decision to propose that the National Assembly adopt the Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Belarus on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition, in principle.

At the sitting, the Committee nominated Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic for member of the Commission for the Implementation of the National Judiciary Reform Strategy 2013-2018.
