37th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 17 December, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly note the verification of the new MP’s term of office.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
