36th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 6 May 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government.

The Committee ascertained that the Proposal had been submitted by the proposer authorised by the Constitution, in the prescribed form, and forwarded a report on it to the Nation al Assembly.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Marko Mladenovic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Djuro Peric, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila, Gojko Palalic, Arpad Fremond, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov and Djordje Todorovic.
