36th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 4 September 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Dr Tijana Peric Diligenski.

The Committee ascertained that the situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6 of the Law on Election of MPs which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office, and adopted a Report proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the MP’s term of office.

The Committee then considered and granted consent to the request submitted by the State Audit Institution to be granted consent for the permanent employment of new staff in 2025. The request was presented by DRI Council President Ivica Gavrilovic.

The Committee then considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Edin Numanovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to compensation for living separately from his family.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Jelena Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Uros Djokic, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Ivana Stamatovic, Aleksandar Jugovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
