36th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 21 November, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to MP Balsa Bozovic to maintain order at the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017, the reprimands issued to MPs Nemanja Sarovic, Radoslav Milojicic and Bosko Obradovic to maintain order at the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017, as well as the reprimand issued to MPs Nemanja Sarovic to maintain order at the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017.
MP Bosko Obradovic was expelled from the National Assembly session and fined 50% of an MP’s base salary – 34,148.88 RSD.
The Committee members went on to ascertain the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Ana Stevanovic, Dusica Stojkovic, Dr Vesna Rakonjac, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Milorad Mircic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Dr Darko Laketic and Marko Zeljug.
