35th Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
At the sitting held on 19 November, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction.
The Serbian Government proposed that the National Assembly accept the amendment submitted to article 1 by the Environmental Protection Committee, and to reject the amendment jointly submitted to article 2 by MPs Radmila Gerov, Judita Popovic and Kenan Hajdarevic.
The Environmental Protection Committee decided to propose that the amendment submitted by MPs Radmila Gerov, Judita Popovic and Kenan Hajdarevic be rejected.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection and was chaired by Milica Vojic Markovic, Committee Chairperson.
