35th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 7 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments to the Bill on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members deliberated on the 29 amendments submitted to the Bill on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment and unanimously declared them all compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
