35th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 26 June 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the following:


  1. Request submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control to be granted consent for the employment of new staff in the Commission for State Aid Control in 2025;
  2. Request submitted by the Energy Agency to be granted consent for the employment of new staff in the Energy Agency in 2025;
  3. Request submitted by MP Nenad Krstic to be granted consent a positive to assume an additional public office;
  4. Notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Second Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, held on 15 April 2025;
  5. Notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Second Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, held on 16 April 2025;
  6. Notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, held on 11 June 2025;
  7. Notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, held on 16 June 2025.
The request submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control to be granted consent for the employment of new staff was presented by Commission member Gorana Kukrika Jovanovic, and the Committee granted consent to the request, as well as to the request submitted by the Energy Agency to be granted consent for the employment of new staff in 2025, which was presented on the behalf of the Agency by its President Dejan Popovic.

The Committee also gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Nenad Krstic to be allowed to assume an additional public office.

The Committee adopted decisions to fine MPs Miloljub Albijanic, Djordje Komlenski and Miroslav Aleksic, 10% of an MP’s base salary, due to reprimands issued to maintain order at the Second Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, held on 15 April 2025.

The Committee also adopted decisions to fine MPs Doc. Dr Rastislav Radic, Milos Parandilovic, Milan Radin, Aleksandar Mirkovic and Dejan Bulatovic, 10% of an MP’s base salary, due to reprimands issued to maintain order at the Second Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 14th Legislature, held on 16 April 2025.

Regarding the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, held on 11 June 2025, the Committee adopted decisions to fine MPs Milos Parandilovic, Nebojsa Bakarec and Ivana Rokvic 10% of an MP’s base salary.

The Committee went on to adopt decisions to fine MP Borislav Novakovic, 10% of an MP’s base salary, and MP Milos Parandilovic 20% of an MP’s base salary, due to reprimands issued to maintain order at the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, 14th Legislature, held on 16 June 2025.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Dane Stanojcic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
