34th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 25 October, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered and by majority vote adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the procedure for the assignment of National Assembly appointees for business trips in the country and abroad.


The Committee then reviewed a number of notification submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General on reprimands issued to maintain order, viz:

At the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia MPs Zoran Zivkovic and Sasa Radulovic were issued two reprimands so they were fined 20% of an MP’s base salary.

At the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia MPs Aleksandra Jerkov and Radoslav Milojicic were issued one reprimand each so they were fined 10% of an MP’s base salary. At the same session MP Sasa Radulovic was expelled from the National Assembly session and consequently fined 50% of an MP’s base salary.

MP Branka Stamenkovic was denied the floor at the same session and consequently fined 40% of an MP’s base salary.

At the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017 MP Radoslav Milojicic was issued one reprimand i.e. was fined 10% of an MP’s base salary.

At the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017 MPs Marko Djurisic, Vladimir Djuric and Goran Jesic were issued one reprimand and consequently fined 10% of an MP’s base salary, while MP Srdjan Nogo was expelled from the National Assembly session i.e. fined 50% of an MP’s base salary.

At the same sitting MP Ivan Kostic was issued two reprimands - fined 20% of an MP’s base salary, Bosko Obradovic was issued one reprimand, and Marija Janjusevic was expelled from the National Assembly session and fined 50% of an MP’s base salary.

At the same sitting MP Bosko Obradovic was issued one reprimand and MP Nenad Bozic was denied the floor and consequently fined 40% of an MP’s base salary.

Following a debate the Committee members adopted the decisions on the reprimands and fines issued by majority vote.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nenad Konstantinovic, Dr Ana Stojanovic, Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Dr Darko Laketic, Marko Zeljug and Branka Stamenkovic. The sitting was also attended by MP Bosko Obradovic.
