33rd session of the Legislative Committee

At its thirty-third session, the Legislative Committee discussed 14 amendments submitted to the Bill on Contributions for Compulsory Social Insurance.


At its thirty-third session, the Legislative Committee discussed 14 amendments submitted to the Bill on Contributions for Compulsory Social Insurance. The Committee ruled that 13 amendments were legally possible, while one amendment was rejected.

The session also discussed 57 amendments submitted by deputies to the Lotteries Bill. One amendment was thrown out as incomplete, 6 were rejected, while the remainder were declared legally possible.

Resuming its session (on 13 July), the Legislative Committee discussed 86 amendments submitted to the Medicines and Medical Supplies Bill. The Committee will recommend the rejection of 7 amendments to the National Assembly, while it considers the remainder legally possible.

The session also discussed 49 amendments submitted to the Energy Bill. Two were rejected as incomplete, the rejection of another seven will be recommended to the National Assembly, while the remainder are considered legally possible.

Representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Mining and Energy took part in the Committee’s session.
