33rd Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee

At the sitting held on 14 December, the members of the Culture and Information Committee interviewed the candidates for member of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, nominated by authorised proponent, universities accredited in the Republic of Serbia, by mutual agreement.

Committee Chairperson Sandra Bozic reminded the Committee members that in the sitting of 7 December 2021 the Committee had established the candidate lists for member of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, comprising:

  1. Aleksandar Gajovic
  2. Prof. Dr Vesna Baltezarevic
  3. Prof. Dr Nemanja Tasic and
  4. Marko Lukic.
The authorised proponent, universities accredited in the Republic of Serbia, had by mutual agreement ascertained the final proposal of two candidates for member of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media: Prof. Dr Vesna Baltezarevic and Prof. Dr Nemanja Tasic.

The Committee Chairperson informed the Committee members that she would forward a Report containing the candidates’ CV and statement that they accept the candidacy for member of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, to the National Assembly. The Committee members accepted, by majority vote, the proposal that the list of candidates for member of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media be forwarded to the National Assembly to be considered under urgent procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Sandra Bozic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milica Obradovic, Vuk Mircetic, MA Jadranka Jovanovic, Milos Terzic, Rozalia Okres, Jelena Mihailovic, Natasa Mihailovic-Vacic, Jovan Kolundzija, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic and Ana Miljanic.
