33rd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 4 February 2022, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on the Election of the President of the Republic, Bill on the Election of Members Parliament, Bill on Local Elections and the Bill amending the Law on Prevention of Corruption, submitted by the Government, in detail.

The Government and the Committee accepted the one amendment submitted to the Bill on the Election of the President of the Republic.

The Government and the Committee accepted two of the four amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on the Election of Members Parliament.

The Government and the Committee accepted three of the five amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Local Elections.

The Government and the Committee did not accept the one amendment submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Prevention of Corruption.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Djordje Dabic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Dubravka Kralj, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Velibor Milojicic, Marijan Risticevic and Dragan M. Markovic.
