33rd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 22 July, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill on Misdemeanours, in detail.
A total of 112 amendments were submitted to the Bill. The Government and the Committee accepted 20 of the amendments, as well as three amendments to articles 84 and 85 of the Bill, accepted at the Committee sitting by the representative of the submitter, Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic. The Government did not accepted the remaining 89 amendments, while the Committee accepted one amendment to article 56 of the Bill, while the remaining 88 amendments were not accepted.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
