33rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 1 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills proposed to be included into the agenda for the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Committee members found the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property, Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Serbian Healthcare Development Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, Bill on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on Mutual Exchange and Protection of Classified Data in Defence Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of International Labour Organisation Convention 94 on Public Contracts Labour Clauses, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the Republic of Serbia of the one part and the European Communities and their member states of the other part, taking into consideration the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
