The thirty-second session of the Justice and Administration Committee discussed a report and the termination of office of a justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee was informed of the termination of office of a number of judges of municipal, district and commercial courts, as well as of one deputy municipal public prosecutor.

The session also discussed a report on the termination of office due to retirement of a number of judges of municipal, district and commercial courts. The session also endorsed a request for termination of office of a judge of a municipal court due to permanent loss of working ability.
