Out of the 133 amendments submitted to the Bill on Electronic Government, the Committee accepted 42.

The Committee also adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents, submitted by the High Judicial Council, proposing Jelena Ivanovic, judge and acting President of the Administrative Court, for President of the Administrative Court, Dusko Milenkovic, judge and acting President of the Appellate Court in Belgrade, for President of the Appellate Court in Belgrade, and Dubravka Damjanovic, judge and acting President of the Appellate Court in Kragujevac, for President of the Appellate Court in Kragujevac. Dragan Jocic, judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation and acting President of the Appellate Court in Nis was proposed for President of the Appellate Court in Nis, Ana Pejcinovic, judge of the Basic Court in Novi Pazar, for President of the Basic Court in Novi Pazar, and Suncica Savic, judge of the Misdemeanour Court in Belgrade, President of the Misdemeanour Court in Obrenovac.

On the behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government the sitting was attended by State Secretary Ivan Bosnjak and advisor Milan Joksimov, and on the behalf of the High Judicial Council by elective member of the High Judicial Council Ivan Jovicic and advisor Vesna Janjic.
