32nd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 23 February, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copies, submitted by MPs Maja Gojkovic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Olgica Batic, Dragan Nikolic, Dragan Polovina, Vesna Simic and Nedjo Jovanovic.
On the behalf of the submitters, MP Olgica Batic provided the rationale for the Bill amending the Law on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copies.
The Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, nominates the following for judges at the Majdanpek Basic Court: Vladan Stanojlovic, Janja Tabakovic and Aleksandar Tasic; for judges at the Pirot Basic Court: Rodoljub Zivkovic and Marina Minic Todorovic and for judges at the Negotin Basic Court: Nenad Jovanovic and Dragana Lakic Jovic.
The Committee members adopted the Bill amending the Law on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copies and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
