The Committee on Justice and Administration held its thirty-first session on 5 April. The session was chaired by Jovan Palalic.

The Committee discussed complaints filed by members of the public against judicial bodies. Having discussed the matter, the Committee resolved to forward all documents to the Supervisory Board of the Supreme Court of Serbia.

The session agreed to set up a meeting between the Committee on Justice and Administration with the presiding justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia and the High Judicial Council. The meeting is to focus on the activities of the Supervisory Board of the Supreme Court and the handling of complaints filed by members of the public against judicial bodies, as well as on the communication between the Supervisory Board and the High Judicial Council with the Committee on Justice and Administration and criteria for the appointment of judicial officials.
