31st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 21 September 2017, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the decisions of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

The Committee members adopted a Report proposing that the National Assembly note the term of office of newly-elected MP Ana Carapic from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, and MP Aleksandar Seselj, elected from the Electoral List Dr VOJISLAV SESELJ - SERBIAN RADICAL PARTY.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Ana Stevanovic, Zarko Bogatinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Vjerica Radeta, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Jelena Mijatovic, Dr Darko Laketic and Djordje Milicevic.
