30th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 23 December 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election to the office of Public Prosecutor, submitted by the Government, presented by the representative of the Ministry of Justice Vladimir Vins.
The Committee also formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutors and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The Committee went on to consider the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, presented by Zak Pavlovic, member of the High Judicial Council.
The Committee moved to propose that the National Assembly accept said Decision Proposal.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vladan Zagradjanin, Daniel Gyivanovity, Dejan Kesar, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Milan Urosevic, Vesna Krisanov, Velibor Milojicic, Marijan Risticevic, Djordje Dabic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Doc. dr Mihailo Jokic and Dragan M.Markovic.
