30th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 19 January, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed, in principle, the six bills on the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, Bill amending and modifying the Family Law, Bill amending and modifying the Inheritance Law and the Bill amending the Law on Organization and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings, in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
