The Committee discussed a report submitted by the Privatisation Agency on the fulfilment of obligations arising from the agreement between the buyer and representatives of employees of Boljevac-based Timok-Nematali and further actions taken by the Agency in accordance with the Committee’s Conclusion adopted on 19 August 2004. The Committee advised the Agency to initiate proceedings for the termination of the Sale and Purchase Contract.
Having discussed the report of the Privatisation Agency on the monitoring of fulfilment of contractual obligations of the buyer of Belgrade-based Gorica Joint-stock Company, and in accordance with the Committee’s Conclusion adopted on 1 November 2004, the Committee resolved to reconsider the report at its next session, to which the buyer and representatives of small shareholders are also to be invited.
The session also discussed the report of the Privatisation Agency relating to the request made by the chairman of the Small Shareholders’ Club and the Independent Trade Union of Nis-based Nisal Joint-stock Company to re-examine the privatisation process for the company. After discussing the report, the Committee recommended that representatives of both small shareholders and the buyer should meet at the Privatisation Agency as soon as possible to reach agreement on solving their issues.
The session was adjourned due to lack of quorum, since members from the Serbian Radical Party left the chamber as the Committee was discussing the report of the Privatisation Agency on the monitoring of contractual obligations in the privatisation of Novi Pazar-based Oktan-pro.
