29th session of the Legislative Committee

The twenty-ninth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 31 May 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.


The twenty-ninth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 31 May 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.

The Committee discussed and judged legally possible the Local Self-government Bill, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Tax on Financial Transactions, as well as the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Cultural Heritage. All the Bills had been submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group.

The Committee ruled that the Bill Amending and Modifying the Privatisation Act, submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group, was not legally possible.
