29th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 7 November, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues debated the requests submitted by MPs Radoslav Komlenovic and Zoran Radovanovic, for an opinion relating to the performance of another public function, as well as one submitted by Mladen Grujic for an opinion as regards doing another job. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the requests.
At the sitting, the Committee also adopted a decision on a fine for the reprimand issued for the breach of order at the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2012, to MP Marko Atlagic, amounting to 10% of an MP’s base salary.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
