28th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 25 May, the Legislative Committee discussed and endorsed 27 of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings.
At its session held on 25 May, the Legislative Committee discussed and endorsed 27 of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings.
The Committee also discussed amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Education Act, and rejected four (out of 133 received thus far) as legally untenable.
The Committee also discussed and endorsed 6 amendments submitted to the Bill on Medicines and Medical Supplies.
The session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
