28th Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee
At the sitting held on 31 October, the Foreign Affairs Committee members adopted several initiatives for visits in November 2013, noted the regular activities of the National Assembly standing delegations and adopted the reports on visits and contacts realised in the previous period.
The Committee members went on to conduct an interview with Dusanka Divjak Tomic, newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Macedonia. Ambassador Tomic said that the relations between Serbia and Macedonia are good and listed the areas of cooperation between the two states. Ambassador Tomic also stressed that the foreign policy priorities of Serbia and Macedonia coincide to a great extent, viz. European integration and good-neighbourly relations via bilateral cooperation and cooperation at the regional level.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milos Aligrudic.
