28th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 31 August, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in detail, the Bill on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copies, Bill on Trade in Real Estate, Bill amending the Law on Court Fees and the Bill modifying the Healthcare Law, submitted by the Government.
The Committee found all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Certification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Copiescompliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all but one amendment submitted to the Bill on Trade in Real Estatecompliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Court Feescompliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found all the amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Healthcare Law compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
