28th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 27 October, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission 02 No: 013-1292/14 of 23 October 2014 on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee established that an MP’s term of office had been allocated to Ivan Jovanovic, candidate from the “WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY – FOR DEMOCRATIC SERBIA” Electoral List, and unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MP’s term of office.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
