27th session of the Administrative Committee
The Administrative Committee’s twenty-seventh session saw the discussion and adoption of proposals of decisions entitling Borivoje Drakulovic, Djura Lazic, Ljubisa Maravic and Sreten Mitrovic, deputies from the previous convocation, to the same rights as deputies employed at the Assembly.
The Administrative Committee’s twenty-seventh session saw the discussion and adoption of proposals of decisions entitling Borivoje Drakulovic, Djura Lazic, Ljubisa Maravic and Sreten Mitrovic, deputies from the previous convocation, to the same rights as deputies employed at the Assembly.
The Administrative Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Right to Remuneration After the Termination of Office for Srbislav Bojkovic, public prosecutor at the Smederevo District Public Prosecutor’s Office, for a duration of 6 months.
The Committee discussed requests made by judicial officials to authorise institution of criminal proceedings against certain deputies, and ruled to uphold the immunity of the deputies choosing to exercise this right.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the chairman, Tomislav Nikolic.
