27th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 19 November, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed the Bill on Railway Safety and Interoperability, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Roads and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation, in detail.
The Committee and the Government accepted none of the four amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Roads.
Both amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation were adopted. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to article 61 of the Bill.
The Committee went on to review the Ministry of Transport Activity Report for the period 12 July – 27 October 2013, which was presented by representatives of the Ministry of Transport. They informed the Committee members on the activities the Ministry had realised in said period relating to normative activity, international cooperation, project funding from European funds and infrastructural work.
This sitting was chaired by Dejan Radenkovic, Committee Chairman.
