27th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 5 March 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office to Nevena Veinovic and Ninoslav Eric for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MPs Nevena Veinovic and Ninoslav Eric, elected from the Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop”, as well as Vojislav Vujic and Aleksandar Antic, elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the MPs’ terms of office.

The Committee also considered and granted its consent to the request submitted by MP Ugljesa Mrdic to be allowed to, in addition to the post of MP, assume an additional public office and to it.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Jugovic, Igor Jaksic, Branimir Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, Stefan Kitanovic, Marko Milosevic, Nikola Bokan, Djordje Komlenski and Dane Stanojcic.
