The Committee members adopted the Report proposing that the National Assembly verify the terms of office of MPs MA Dejan Radenkovic elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma”, and Ruzica Nikolic elected from the Electoral List Dr VOJISLAV SESELJ - SERBIAN RADICAL PARTY.

The Committee members also considered and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Katarina Rakic to assume another public office.

The Committee then proceeded to set up a Working Group to draft a proposal of MPs’ Code of Conduct, headed by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic and comprising: Dr Sci. med. Darko Laketic on the behalf of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Nedjo Jovanovic on the behalf of the Socialist Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Gordana Comic on the behalf of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Branka Stamenkovic on the behalf of the Enough is Enough Parliamentary Group. Meho Omerovic on the behalf of the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Momo Colakovic on the behalf of the Party of United Pensioners of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Zoran Radojicic on the behalf of the Dveri Parliamentary Group, Jelena Vujic Obradovic on the behalf of the United Serbia Parliamentary Group, Dr Dijana Vukomanovic on the behalf of the New Serbia – Movement for Serbia’s Salvation Parliamentary Group, Bojan Torbica on the behalf of the Socialists’ Movement - People's Peasant Party - United Peasant Party Parliamentary Group, Zoltan Pek on the behalf of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - Party of Democratic Action Parliamentary Group, Nenad Konstantinovic on the behalf of the Social Democratic Party, People’s Movement of Serbia Parliamentary Group and Aleksandra Cabraja on the behalf of the Independent MPs’ Club Parliamentary Group.

At the proposal of Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic the Committee members adopted the Decision to pass the MPs’ Code of Conduct on limits of allowed commenting on court decisions and acts.
