The request to hold the session specified the following agenda:

1. Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 40, paragraph 5 of the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.

The Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues Djordje Komlenski presented the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the one item on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic set Thursday, 27 February, as Voting Day on the only item on the agenda of the 27th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, starting at 11.10 am.


On Voting Day, 27 February, by majority vote, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 40, paragraph 5 of the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the only item on the agenda and ruled on it, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic concluded the 27th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature.
