26th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 2 November 2021, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Decision no.1/2021 of the EU-Serbia Stabilisation and Accession Council on the amendment of the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, by replacing its Protocol 3 on the definition of the term “products with origin” and methods of administrative cooperation, submitted by the Government (03 no. 337-1799/21 of 15 October 2021), to grant consent on the provisional application of the Decision pending its coming into force.

The decision was presented by Tatjana Stanic of the Ministry of Finance.

The Committee members unanimously granted consent to the provisional application of the Decision, pending its coming into force.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Muamer Bacevac, Milan Radin, Ljiljana Malusic, Nemanja Joksimovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Vesna Markovic, Viktor Jevtovic, Ana Miljanic, Ana Pesic, Vesna Rankovic and Dusica Stojkovic.
