26th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 21 October 2021, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Registration Procedure at the Business Registers Agency, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Register of Real Owners and the Bill amending and modifying the Company Law.
The bills were presented by Zoran Dimitrijevic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, and Assistant Minister Dusan Vuckovic.
Following a short discussion the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept said bills.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Vojislav Vujic, Snezana Petrovic, Vesna Stambolic, Natasa Ljubisic, Snezana Paunovic, Gojko Palalic, Nenad Krstic, Ugljesa Markovic, Ana Beloica, Mirela Radenkovic and Ivana Popovic.
Following a short discussion the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept said bills.
