At the Committee’s session held on 31 January 2005, members of the Committee endorsed the Financial Report of the Securities and Exchange Commission for 2003, with its associated Annual Financial Statement and the Authorised Auditor’s Report, as well as the Financial Plan of the Securities and Exchange Commission for 2004.

The chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Milko Stimac, presented the Financial Plan of the Commission for 2005, which the Finance Committee endorsed.

The Finance Committee is to request the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia to forward information on the implementation of the Public Revenue and Expense Act, in order for the Committee to discuss official documents sent in by Poslovni prostor Vracar Public Enterprise, a company leasing office space owned by Vracar municipality, as well as by the Zemun Municipal Assembly. The Minister of Finance, Mladjan Dinkic, is to be invited to attend the next session.
