25th session of the Administrative Committee
At its twenty-fifth session, the Administrative Committee discussed the Request of the Belgrade District Public Prosecutor’s Office to remand judges of the commercial tribunal in custody.
At its twenty-fifth session, the Administrative Committee discussed the Request of the Belgrade District Public Prosecutor’s Office to remand judges of the commercial tribunal in custody.
The Committee asked for additional documents from the District Prosecutor’s Office in order to be able to rule on the request.
