25th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 8 October 2025, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered a number of bills in detail.


The Committee found the 103 amendments submitted by the MPs to the Bill on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the nine amendments submitted to the Bill by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found the 32 amendments submitted by the MPs to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The 11 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found the 18 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the 37 amendments submitted to the Bill on Information Security, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The 34 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Procedures for the Realization of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO BELGRADE 2027, the Committee found one not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all 16 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Seeds and Planting Material of Agricultural and Ornamental Plants, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of two amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on the Confirmation of the Second Credit Specific Agreement N° CRS1025 02 E for the Financing of the Serbia Green Agenda Programmatic Development Policy Operation between the Republic of Serbia and the French Development Agency, the Committee members found one not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dijana Radovic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Nikola Bokan, Risto Kostov, Vesna Nedovic, Milos Gnjidic, Jasmina Palurovic, Dragan Nikolic and Sladjana Susnjar.
