The Report was submitted by Working Group Chair Jasmina Palurovic who said that two timely nominations had been submitted to the public call. The Working Group noted that both candidates Bachlor of Laws Dragica Jorgovic and economist Jasmina Trifunovic meet the criteria and conditions of the Law on State Aid Control and the public call. Following a debate the Committee members accepted, by majority vote, the Working group’s Report.

Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic advised the Committee members that candidate Jasmina Trifunovic had informed the Committee’s service in writing that she is withdrawing her candidacy, so the Committee members, pursuant to Article 203 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, interviewed the one candidate for the election of President of the Commission for State Aid Control – Dragica Jorgovic and formulated the List of Candidates for the election of President of the Commission for State Aid Control, proposing that the National Assembly elect candidate Dragica Jorgovic to the post.

Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic also informed the Committee members that the mandate of Dr Dusko Pejovic, President of the Council of the State Audit Institution, had expired before the term he was elected for, on the day he met the conditions for mandatory retirement, so the Committee had sent a memo to all the parliamentary groups in the National Assembly asking them to nominate candidates and had received only the candidacy of Ivica Gavrilovic proposed by ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop Parliamentary Group. Consequently, the Committee members interviewed Ivica Gavrilovic, the only candidate for the election of President of the Council of the State Audit Institution, after which it formulated the List of Candidates for the election of President of the Council of the State Audit Institution proposing that the National Assembly elect the abovementioned candidate to the post.

The Committee also ascertained the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of post of President of the Council of the State Audit Institution, as the erstwhile President of the Council of the State Audit Institution Dr Dusko Pejovic’s mandate had expired before the end of the term he was elected for, on the day he met the conditions for mandatory retirement and forwarded it to the National Assembly for further handling.
