23rd session of the Administrative Committee
At its session held on 5 July, the Administrative Committee discussed the reasons for the termination of mandate of deputy Boris Tadic, and ruled that deputy Boris Tadic, elected on the Democratic Party - Boris Tadic electoral list, had resigned, and that his mandate had been terminated before the expiry of the term to which he had been elected.
At its session held on 5 July, the Administrative Committee discussed the reasons for the termination of mandate of deputy Boris Tadic, and ruled that deputy Boris Tadic, elected on the Democratic Party - Boris Tadic electoral list, had resigned, and that his mandate had been terminated before the expiry of the term to which he had been elected.
The Administrative Committee suggested that the National Assembly should note the termination of the deputy’s mandate, thus making possible the election of another deputy from the same electoral list.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the chairman, Tomislav Nikolic.
