23rd Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 12 September, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee conducted an interview with Pera Jankovic, newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Austria, before his deployment to diplomatic duty.


Talking with the Committee members, Ambassador Jankovic emphasised the well-developed bilateral relations between Serbia and Austria. Austria has a strong economy and currently more than 400 Austrian companies are doing business in Serbia, with the goal being to attract even more Austrian investment into the country, said Jankovic.
The Committee members went on to note the minutes of the contacts and one meeting realised in the previous period, as well as the amendments to the membership of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Azerbaijan.

The sitting was chaired by Milos Aligrudic, Committee Chairman.
