23rd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 13 September, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed and unanimously formulated the Proposed amendments to the 2014 Assembly Budget, elaborated by National Assembly Secretary General Jana Ljubicic.
The funds ear-marked by the Proposed amendments amount to 3,186,272,425 RSD.
The Committee also reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Dejan Andrejevic and decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office before the expiration of the term he was elected for.
The Committee members went on to decide to fine MP Zoran Zivkovic for the reprimand issued to him to maintain the order at the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014, in the amount of 7,589 RSD.
The Committee reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request of MP Jozic Zoran to assume another position.
At the sitting, the Committee also established the list for A I and A II parking stickers.
