23rd Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 27 November 2025, the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee considered, in detail, the Bill on Official Controls and the Bill on Organic Production, submitted by the Government.

Of the five amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Official Controls, the Government and the Committee accepted two – the amendments submitted to articles 10 and 20 of the Bill.

Of the seven amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Organic Production, the Government and the Committee accepted one – the amendment submitted to Articles 8 of the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sanela Strainovic, Miljana Milojevic, Milija Miletic, Veroljub Matic, Dejan Bulatovic, Nikola Pantelic, Zika Gojkovic and Ivan Karic.
