The Committee members then considered the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Programme “Fiscalis” for cooperation in the field of taxation and the text of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Programme “Fiscalis” for cooperation in the field of taxation, submitted by the Government requesting consent from the competent committee for the provisional implementation of the Agreement pending its coming into force.

Following a discussion, the Committee decided to grant consent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the provisional implementation of the Agreement pending its coming into force.
