22nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 1 March 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Agreement LD 2034 (2020) between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia Cultural Infrastructure – Project Loan, submitted by the Government.

The sitting was attended by Tatjana Bojic Juric, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture and Information, and Ema Dragulj, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.

The Committee found the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Agreement LD 2034 (2020) between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia Cultural Infrastructure – Project Loan, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Vojislav Vujic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila, Arpad Fremond, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov and Violeta Ocokoljic.
